On the left side of the screen, you'll find buttons to tilt your plane up and down. On the right side of the screen are buttons to drop a water bomb and accelerate your plane.
Once you start a level, you'll want to dive into the water and accelerate to fill up your water bombs. When you are over a fire, tap the water bomb button to release a water bomb and put out the fire.
